Linkosuo Oy was founded in 1936. The company has been running a successful bakery and café business for over 70 years now. Linkosuo is still owned by the founding family and the fourth generation has now taken over the business.

Crispy breads have been part of our product portfolio since the 1960’s. Demand for crispy breads has increased constantly and Linkosuo added a second production line in 2007 to meet the growing demand. Our basic products include larger crispy breads (varrasleipä), portion-sized breads and small crispy breads (palttoonnapit) all made using 100% rye. The newest additions to our product portfolio include rye chips.
Organic
Linkosuo Bakery has produced fresh organic bread for the domestic market earlier. However at that time demand was not sufficient. Production of organic crisp bread and rye chips will commence in January 2011.
