FINNAMYL Ltd

Finnamyl Ltd is the leading manufacturer of potato flour or starch in Finland with an annual production of 23 000 MT. Finnamyl has produced also certified organic potato starch since 2000. Most of this is sold on the domestic market through mainstream supermarkets, where it has achieved a 2% market share of total potato flour retail sales.

Export of organic potato flour from Finnamyl Ltd started in 2004 as industrial sales. The product is also retail packed under the NORDIC brand. Also Private Label is available.

The organic potatoes are contract-grown in the Kokemäki region close to the factory. Since 2004 some of the farmers and Finnamyl have been NOP certified in 2004 enabling sales of NOP certified potato flour for the US market and to manufacturers who target the US market.

Finnamyl Ltd is also Kosher certified and certified to ISO 9001.
